The Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP) is the initiative by the Department of Human Settlements & NHFC (National Housing Finance Corporation) to assist first time home buyers, earning between R3,501 and R22,000 per month.
For example if you have a gross household income of R18,000 per month, you could get up to R47,734 subsidy, from the Department of Human Settlements, towards buying the property.
